First submit the above form and follow the online prompts. You'll then receive an email with an NDA (be sure to check you spam folder). Just fill in boxes and return with the email you received.
The NDA qualifies you for all the details. You will receive and email with the Affiliate Agreement, Benefits, Commissions and more. Fill out and email back the Agreement.
You will get your final email letting you know your all set to go to your new Affiliate Dashboard and your Fusion-Clear.com Sales page.
